About Me
I am an educational researcher, school leader, and systems designer dedicated to building inclusive, sustainable school environments where both educators and students thrive.
With over two decades of diverse experience in K-12 education, my career spans critical leadership roles across public systems in the United States and premier international schools in Asia. Throughout my career, I have consistently championed progressive, non-traditional approaches to leadership—pioneering experiential learning tracks, designing creative adult professional learning frameworks, and leading global educational technology initiatives.
I hold a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership Policy from Texas Tech University with foundational research that explored the experiences of neurodivergent educators in U.S. schools.
As the founder of NeuroAFFIRMing Schools, I combines deep global educational experience with empirical data to deliver explicit policy roadmaps, modern workplace designs, and inclusive leadership models that allow the “hidden faculty” to truly flourish.
